CHOOSE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU!

We offer a choice of service agreements, ranging from our basic "no frills" carry-in agreement to our Priority One on-site full coverage agreement.

And here's how you benefit:

Controlled Costs: A single on-site service call might cost you $300-$400. In the course of a year, this could cost you $1,500 or more. A Computer Fixer Service agreement can cover all labor and parts costs or labor alone, if you prefer for a fixed annual fee that’s dramatically lower.

Equipment Registry: We keep a complete file on your equipment, including its maintenance history. That enables us to keep on hand the parts you're likely to need and send them out with our technicians when they make a service call.

Priority Service: As a service agreement customer, you're always assured of prompt arid courteous response to your service requests.

Preventive Maintenance: As further protection against costly downtime, many of our agreements include annual and preventive maintenance inspections.

Customized Agreements: If one of our standard agreements doesn't fit your needs, we'll draw up one to your specifications.
